Pedicure

Tips:

Please wear loose fitting (old) clothes, don't wear your best underwear

If you choose to do the body scrub yourself pay close attention to your feet, ankles, elbows and upper arm areas

Do not use an oil based moisturiser before you come for the treatment

Don't shave your legs the day you have the treatment done as  your pores will be open and this will affect the colour

Shower the following morning for maximum effect, use an old towel as residue may rub off

The treatment will require you to be naked, I will cover you but it is an all-over treatment so be prepared

Don't panic if you look like a basted turkey, St.Tropez (almost) never streaks (effect can only be seen after showering)

Colour is dependant on skin colour, pale skin will not turn deep brown after 1 treatment

St.Tropez should last 5-7 days

If you choose to use another brand  (e.g. Dove Sun bodylotion) between tans or after an initial St.Tropez treatment, be aware that streaking is likely to occur

Pedicure

During the winter months it is adviseable to bring some flip-flops with you if you are going to be going home by car so that the nail polish can dry.  If by bike or public transport please anticipate 20 minute wait in waiting room whilst polish dries or consider a treatment of €29 without polish.
